The In The Irons staff are trained to solve customers' problems, even if the company policies don't offer a clear solution. When rules and policies don't make sense, we speak up on behalf of our customers and we always explain why. 

It is our goal to recognize our customers and connect with them on a personal level. The In The Irons Tack staff shows personal concern for any lapse in service, real or perceived. We take pride in resolving issues and ensuring our customers a pleasant experience.
